Client Relations Officer – Construction & Maintenance (Mauritius)

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing construction and maintenance company in Mauritius. They seek a Client Relations Officer — proactive, organised, and client-focused — to play a key role in their growth.

About the Role

This is a multi-faceted position combining office administration, marketing, and on-site coordination. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication between customers, contractors, and management — from quotation to project completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments to prepare accurate quotations
  • Perform daily visits to monitor project progress and quality
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and management
  • Handle client queries and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare and review quotes, schedules, and progress reports
  • Promote the company’s services and strengthen client relationships
  • Ensure all works meet company and client standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma, certificate, or proven experience in Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or Site Supervision
  • Experience in construction, cleaning, or technical services (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; professional use of email, WhatsApp, Google Maps
  • Ability to prepare quotations and marketing materials digitally
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, CRM, or project tracking tools (a plus)
  • Fluency in English and French required
  • Flexibility to visit clients outside standard hours when needed
